So far I've managed to solve one puzzle. Two pieces of paper go in the book on the left wall shelf in the first scene, gives you a symbol that you put on globe.
Check chandelier for something to use on log.
Hmm. I have 3 apples, not sure how I like them.
I only got one of those papers. Hint over fireplace in room I, to place the vases. Put one diamond in the glasses of water that I poured. Cannot place second diamond. Got second diamond from chiseling wood and getting other bear for teeter-totter.
Apples go to parrot for a diamond.

I got one paper behind books in the second room; not sure about the other, but I think it was in third room.
Water was in a dark bottle. No idea anymore where I got that from.

People aren't going to like the math. I liked the twist though. It was clever to make the numbers and colours all relevant
Hm. I have the dark bottle, but it doesn't seem to want to pour water into the glasses.
What to do with those numbers from the maths?
Got a 4 digit number, two 2 digit numbers and one 1 digit number.
The water goes into the glasses in an odd sequence. Just try all the glasses until one fills it up
Add all the "colour" numbers together after you have done the math

Missing one apple,
bit buggy when placing items. Could now fill the other glasses with water with the same bottle.
As usual, the math and I are not getting along. Could someone please spoil the answer for me?

Can filled two glasses only. Tried umpteen times but nope, not filling up... giving up this game.. good luck all...
