Odd...racket in ... 'receptacle' only works if you have all but one balls found. I could have sworn I had tried 5 times at the same location before and nothing happened.

Is there a hint for turning the numbers upside down? I just got it by chance.

The hint is the shape of the 'official's box" - is that what you call it? - above the puzzle. You can see the cut out which corresponds to the ladder going up to the box on the court.

Loading took longer than playing. Nice game, I love these.

So did I. :P Consider that it got so over-used in escape games up to now that this is the first thing you'd try if a combination doesn't work upright. At least for myself I can confirm that it prevented me many times of asking pointless questions on here.

The clue for the numbers is the picture above the keypad. It's showing the position relative the opening of the judges box where the clue is.
