Help! I'm trapped in this Japanese room, and it's such a nice day out! ;)

Well... when you find a number, and a place to use it, you also need to do some math... but at the moment, I am completely stumped with a stick that has a hexagonal end.

ah, progress.. go outside :)

Does the stick go into the thing by the butterfly?

Obviously, I don't have the stick yet.

... and out... sweet dreams then ;)

not yet... you need do an operation on the stick

Good game!

I don't understand the math. I have 5435 and -2, but that doesn't work. I also have a blue clockhand that I can't place.

What do you mean by "do an operation on the stick?" I've tried examining it and using it on other things, no luck.

Okay, I've got it. For those who haven't, clock on the left side of the balcony to find a safe that's opened with a letter combination. The combination is behind the green shelves with the blue coffee mug. The hex wrench is inside.

Laurien: You need to punch a hole in the clock hand first. Use the hex wrench on the stick so you can fit it on the lever, then pull the lever to change day to night. The butterfly will settle on the balcony. Click underneath the butterfly to find a hidden compartment with an automatic hole punch. Use that to punch a hole in the clock hand, then you can fit it on the clock.

Thank you TB Tabby. Where can I find the stick?

It's in the couch. Use the knife from the safe next to the shelves (Combination is the number on the clock with all the digits reduced by 2).

Thank you. Out now!

Hi everybody,

If someone is still here, could he please give me a hint for the red safe ?

5433 doesn't work at all.

Thanks a lot.

Would like to play but something is wrong at the moment. Game opens but the items are running across the screen. Does anybody else have that problem? I tried both IE and FF.

no problem for me (FF)

Now it works - strange. Ok, let's go!

Oh dear, I needed help for every little step here although it was indeed logical. Not my best day. Quite a good game!

Wow ! This game was loaded with creative ideas. Very good.

I like how they write "skip this ad" in Japanese. Well played.

Great game!

meritneith, it did that for me too.
Just refreshed and it worked.
Have had it happen with a few different games.

Indeed, this was a very nice (though short) game.

BTW the number on the clock appears to have inserted "posthumously".

Since most players would probably not have thought of changing the letter code into numbers.

This is how *I* solved it: I knew that third letter is an 'A', so the -2 must have meant (max_number minus 1) (impossible) or a '0' (impossible too).
So I just left the number on '1' and voila (lol)

Walkthrough for this nice little game.

The clock needs clockhands, the jars on top shelf show where the clockhands should point to.
Go left.
Zoom in on the blue cup, move it by clicking it's ear, see half of 4 letters. Zoom out, look underneath this shelf, see the other half.

Click left low drawer of drawerblock = key.
Go left.
Zoom in on box below tv, use key = yellow clockhand.
(Notice that it's open).
Zoom in on the couch ... a stitch to be cut open.
Zoom in on the clock = a number : 5435. Notice that the clock is a red circle.
Go right.
In the red circle on the wall the minus 2 means that every number from the clock has to be lowered with 2 = knife.

Use the knife to cut the stitch = a tool.

Go to the balcony, get on the balcony by clicking at the left side, put in the letters = wrench.
About item the tool, use the wrench on it = a different tool.
Put the tool on the apparatus on the balcony, use it as a lever = the day drops.
Click butterfly, open the panel below it = some sort of needle.
Go to the plant below the calendar. Click the grey panel, open it with the wrench = a blue clockhand.

Notice anything on this one? Took me ages to see that.
it has no hole ... so, on to the balcony, put the clockhand below the needle, take it back.

Go to the clock, place the clockhands.
The yellow one needs to point to red (click yellow button), blue to green (by clicking blue button).
Click the red button = key.

You can leave now.
