For number code, look at the shape of boxes in roght shelves

For color code, look at the top of container

Pretty straightforward, although there's one tricky box (there are three boxes in the second scene).

Where you use the SD?

Use screw driver first shelf, right side.

Good game

It took a lot of clicking to find that place to use the key!

click both left and right side of pallette in storage container.
Click crack between container and dock floor.
