Out but didn't understand 3 digit code.
Hint of the box is in the yellow book in the shelf.
Thought birthday would be hint for number but number won't go to 9...
Use the birthday date for the clock by the bed
Use the cat teaser to cheer the sad cat.
Birthday is used on clock... still not finding code for cabinet door with numbers. Hmm...
Much easier when you find the damn book!
The code is 432. A lot of math to find that.
Thank you Roberto but how did you come to that number? pink =blue = yellow should have all digits the same number.
not so cool, but nice..
Tania..the clock code is 09:10
Austin,the book is the yellow one by the shelf.
Hmm i can´t find the game....
Thanks Dazz - I meant that I got out quite quickly after finding it.
I think I understand it sort of...
The clue is 'You are my wings', showing interlocking circles. On the cat paper in the drawer, there's 4 cats where blue & yellow intersect, 3 for pink + blue, and 2 in the intersection of all circles. How you get the order, though, I don't understand. The 3 cats shown in the book just make it more confusing.
@Zazie, it's posted on Newgrounds if you can't get to it from here - but I had no trouble
btw I used 10:09 on the clock and it worked
Found it now, it was adblock which didn´t let me play ;-)
TF is up with this Venn diagram???
Equation
Cats (book): vanilla, cyan, grey V-C-G
Circles pink, blue, yellow P-B-Y
P=B & B=Y
3V+C+2G in P
V+3C+3G in B
C+8G in Y
i.e
3V+C+2G = V+3C+3G
V+3C+3G = C+8G
gives
(rule: doing math operations for left & right side of equation)
3V+C+2G = C+8G / minus C
3V+2G = 8G / minus 2G
3V = 6G / divided by 3
V = 2G
Code numbers only 1-4, so G = 1 or 2 only.
Testing G=1
then V=2
V+3C+3G = C+8G
2+3C+3x1 = C+8x1 is
2+3C+3 = C+8 or
3C+2+3 = C+8 is
C+C+C+5 = C+8 / minus 5
C+C+C = C+3 / minus C
C+C = 3 is
2C = 3 / divided by 2
C = 1.5 ==> wrong
Testing G=2
then V=4
V+3C+3G = C+8G
4+3C+3x2 = C+8x2 is
4+3C+6 = C+16 or
3C+4+6 = C+16 is
C+C+C+10 = C+16 / minus 10
C+C+C = C+6 / minus C
C+C = 6 is
2C = 6 / divided by 2
C = 3 ==> correct
i.e.
V-C-G cats
4-3-2
Q.E.D.
That's for 3-digit-code...!
