You have to make the cat dry before you can put him in the present.

Doggy is a rabbit I think and it wants 4 carrots.

suddenly it jumped in my arms ;-)

Put the hairdryer on the the kitchen desk in outlet and dry the cat

One carrot on tree and 2 in kitchen

Ohhh. How cute the one with the axe... !

Arrgh - I'm having real difficulty with the black/white pattern. Does it start on the top row and finish on the bottom?

       Anonymous  12/24/14, 3:37 AM

Finally got it - yes it does start on top row.

4th carrot was on the bookshelves I th ink.

       Anonymous  12/24/14, 3:40 AM

Packed 3 toys away. Stuck on dog. (It was a rabbit that wanted the carrots.)

The dog you could just take, I think, after you used your comibined stick, knife, rope (=spear) on the turkey.

       Anonymous  12/24/14, 3:43 AM

No wonder the dog is growling. i've tried axing it, knifing it, catchiing it in a rope, burning it, spraying it...

Ah - thanks Small-tool!

great as always thank you x

Was that grumpy cat? 5 stars

The spoiling spoiler, who spoils, spoils again. Merry Xmas anyway!

Really stuck with the pattern too. starting top row and finishing bottom does not work. Can anyone help?

       Anonymous  12/24/14, 6:10 AM

The whining whiner, who whines, whines again.
Merry Christmas to you anyway, Huw.
I hope Santa brings you some self-control this year.
At least enough to keep you from scrolling down to read the spoilers before you play the game.

Finally got that pattern and out. Thanks for all the spoilers left here.
They really help me.
Lol Herpington.

bill ( = Esmerelda = HerpDerp) - it is really rich for you to talk about whining! But Merry Christmas to you too!

Just add the missing square on the bottom right.

Huw, considering that you are the only one who even brings her name up, obsessively I might add, I would be more inclined to believe that you are Esmerelda than anyone else.

You do both seem to be really unhappy people.

No, bill - I am NOT the only one who commented on Esmerelda having a very similar (dour, cynical, ungrateful) style of posting to bill w(h)inery, or your latest incarnation being almost identical to EP. None of you have been exactly joyful!

It's very obvious (from all the posts lately, but also looking at all the posts the last 5 years or so) you're a very tiny minority with that opinion, Huw.
Most people seem to like the help and the main point you never responded to is still standing: If you don't wanna be spoiled just don't read it. With big hints players have a choice to read or not, without them players that need help are lost when it's not live anymore.
Anyway, like said before: Go find another site to play instead of 'whining' here where most people like each other and help each other.

No, tool. There is not a choice to read or not. As I have said, we ALL need help. It is a question of the type of help. A walkthrough should contain helpful hints, not complete spoilers - arrie is good at this, you and AO are not. I'm glad you like each other though! Joy to the world and all that!

Well, that's very sad if you can't click the play button without looking at the comments. And again, i've been around for a lot and lot of years on this site and it seems most not live players can't do with what you call 'helpful hints' and besides me and a few others nobody replies to help on games that are not live anymore.
But what's very funny is that 'you' define/decide what a helpful walkthrough is or not. Like said; you're a tiny minority with that opinion. In all those years I'm playing here 99% of the replies I get are from people thanking me for my posts.
And again the advice: go play somewhere else, we don't need whiners here.

I'm guessing this was supposed to be a "Five Nights at Freddy's" thing.

Now, now, tool. I - and others, I'm sure - look at the comments only when I am really stuck. Help is appreciated, but there is help and there are blatant spoilers, which detract from the satisfaction of completing a game. There is a reason why a spoiler is called a spoiler! Yes, I have an opinion about what constitutes a good walkthrough, but I also accept that the majority appear to prefer being spoon-fed. Maybe developers should post a complete walkthrough instantly with each game?!

       Anonymous  12/24/14, 6:57 AM

Huw, as small-tool has already pointed out, that is your opinion.
It is an opinion shared by very few people here.

A walkthrough is a walkthrough.
By definition, it is a complete spoiler.
These threads exist for that, at least as far as the site's owner is concerned.
You don't have to agree with it, you don't have to like it, but you ALWAYS have a choice.
You can not look at the help provided, or you can go somewhere else where the help provided is more to your liking.

As far as the other stuff is concerned, it is all personal attacks and I don't even know who the heck you are talking about anymore, so I am not even going to continue discussing it with you.

I do sincerely hope you have a happy holiday, regardless of how unhappy you are with this site and the people on it.

Well said, Small-tool.

The ghost of Christmas past will haunt you all.

I enjoyed this game very much...despite the grumpy comments! If you dont want spoilers, dont read them!

Huw, your opinion is simply that. Your opinion. Not everyone in the world thinks the same as you.

Some people need and appreciate a full spoiler. Some people are allergic to math or sometimes just not educated enough to do, let's say, geometry or algebra. Others are not quick enough with minigames that require speed or coordination, or doing such games with a touchpad is impossible. Yet others (like myself) miss seeing the one thing needed to progress (which is sometimes so obvious that nobody posts where it is) and need a spoiler for that.

What *you* apparently lack is the self-control to flick past spoilers and ignore them, or read them and throw them out of your head immediately. It will be a valuable skill to learn over the holiday.

You are right, Andrea. It is just my opinion and should be treated as such. No more or less valid than anyone else's! Just flick past it and ignore it!

I Loved it! Wonderful sense of humor with the more than a little scary presents. The kid who gets these will have nightmares, I think.

LOL I see Huw the whiner, complainer is back at it. Thanks small-tool for the picture spoiler...I was struggling with it. I would think that maybe Escapegames24 might get sick and tired of the constant attacking and berating of some of the comments and players left for the "walkthoughs".

I truly love your games Eskalovs! I hope you all have a Merry Christmas. Thank you for the games! They are the best!!

Hints help, spoilers spoil! You seem to be the whiny one, Shazza!

Telling your opinion once our twice is "just your opinion".
Going on and on about things already explained (like a hint is where to find the hint for a code, while spoiling is telling the code like it's 6234 or so) and the way one express his opinion is not "just your opinion" but WHINING.

Thank you for the help with the square puzzle. Merry Christmas to those who celebrate. To those who don't - have a lovely day :)

Oh god, grandma, but out...

how do you catch the monkey? I don't have any crack.

You get the monkey by giving him the banana.
Banana you get from clicking the bells (hint on the table).

Hi Luke,
Give the monkey what monkeys love to eat : a banana.
to get that, use the hint on the paper on the desk on the glasses hanging in the kitchen.

I have said it before and will say it again...I TOTALLY appreciate both AO and small-tool's help - always! And I agree that if someone does not like (because of their opinion) the way a particular game site works, they are free to go elsewhere and play games. This comment section was designed to be a walkthrough section with both hints and complete spoilers. Most people warn when it is a spoiler by leaving space between the fact that it is a spoiler and the answer.

It is ok to have an opinion, but to whine and criticize others because you don't agree with their opinion is immature.

Small-tool is correct that a huge percentage of people LIKE his help...and have repeatedly over the years thanked him profusely for it! I am one of them and will always be grateful for his help, and for AlphaOmega's as well.

I love the walkthroughs, and try not to use them unless I'm very stuck, which is quite often.....and if I get all the way through I still like to read the comments. Thank you for this site, I love it.
Merry Christmas and greetings from Australia

Great game Eskalovs! I wouldn't have gotten far without the help on the picture and with what items to combine so I appreciate it! I'm not giving Mr. Grumpypants the attention he wants so will ignore, except to say someone is getting a lump of coal in his stocking. Happy Holidays to all.

Zoe, you are nearly as bad as bill/Esmerelda/Herp at using 30 words where three would suffice!

I used more than 30 words....which 30 are you talking about?

And which three words are you talking about? I can think of lots of three-word combos to insult you with!

Thanks for all the help folks. GLAD to see "hint" AND "spoilers" posted more and more now. I usually get to these games hours after they were posted live. I get tired of the "POP", "NVM," "Found it...out now." posts. They are certainly no help. I'm not stupid, but I'm not a genius either. Some of us, who come here late, appreciate the help, when it is offered.

Happy Holidays to all who use this site for their daily get away, from the stresses of the day.

Without a doubt, Maggie, the kind of posts you mention are even more irritating than spoilers. Hints help (help is appreciated), but spoilers spoil (reveal too much and detract from the fun and satisfaction of completing a game). I am confident that tool and AO will learn the difference someday. And thanks for your Christmas message, Zoe. You too!

Merry Christmas all and thank you for all the hints and walkthroughs

I happen to like walkthroughs. I've always thought of them for those who want help in figuring out how to solve something instead of being given the answer upfront.

Though I won't complain about someone posting a spoiler, it's just a preference of mine to understand the method rather than getting an answer.

Anyway I haven't seen anyone post a walkthrough in a very long time. Hints, sure, but they're not walkthroughs.

Lol, anyway happy holidays to all you guys! Play well! :)

And just to clarify on the bells, you don't solve them by simply clicking them with the hint.

When you see the number note: 23, 43, ... it's actually bell # 2, bell #3, bell #4, bell #3 ...etc.

Hi, what do I do with the screwdriver and where is the 4th and final carrot. Dare I ask? :)

This comment has been removed by the author.

Sigh, don't know, got left and right mixed up.

Yes @Anner, you can ask.
The sd is used in the left room to get the ornament off the wall.
Combine ornament with the curtain from the kitchen and catch the wet cat in the tub. Turn on the hairdryer in the kitchen and dry the cat. Put it in a box.

The carrots.
1. in the tree.
2. on the bookshelf
3. in the kitchen, on the left
4. in the kitchen, on the left up high

I also have been playing, solving, getting frustrated, having "DOH moments, sharing, helping, etc. on this site for years and I agree with ST, AO and others.
No one HAS to look at the comments, hints, clues, walkthroughs, etc. Many games here are solvable without help and others are hard. Without good peeps posting their questions, help, etc., it would be a lot less fun playing these games and that's really what we are all here for anyway, having some fun, each in their own way.
It's a good community here and the "poo poo'ers" can go elsewhere or keep their negativity to themselves.

HUW are a knob

Well coming out of lurking for many, many years, let me say Huw, please go back to Huwville.
