Numbers are the different height snowmen.

You can move the left hand striped barrier to lift one of the cones.

Check ALL the snowmen for buckets.

These are so cool!

There's also a bucket behind the yellow towels.
And the colours of the towels are used on the box in the small brown pool on the left = screwdriver.

Normally the sd is used ON the screw, not this time, just on the panel itself.

use screwdriver down, not up on the screw

5. in the snow behind the cones
6. below the left cone

9. using screwdriver
10. after serving the relaxing guy his drinks.

And of course to get out, about item the phone and click it.

I didn't have any problem with the screwdriver but I don't see the hint for the 3 squares code.

3 squares/digit code is the snowmen (top right behind pool).
