lots of items. combined many but now stuck.
Got key from slider puzzle - now it has disappeared!
You can right from first room, why only put some arrows?
For the puzzle with the six sliders, use relationship between the dots instead of trying to figure out the height. Dots are not proportional...
Colour ball triangle hint is in book on floor of right room.

I dissected the mouse :)
the acid on the eyes
then use the brush and paint the wall above
Use magnet on mouse hole to get "E" key
and bottle of water in the bowl
put the red key
I need the puzzle of squares
When items disappear, they seem to come back when you find the next piece to combine with them. Let us hope, anyway.....
That is so mean putting a pair of pliers within sight, but you can't grab them!

Sneaky apple above left animal head above books. 4 seems to be all there are since they are now in inventory, not sure what to do with them.
For boxes upstairs, i think i had the light side on top. Except for the middle boxes.

And out !! really hate the disappearing keys - they do come back, but it's disturbing at the time!
Poured something into the jar of eyeballs. Then dip brush into the jar. Looking for wall to paint that Sisli mentions above
I resolved the puzzle

Wall to paint is to right of man upstairs, shows skeleton.
I think it was the green wall that you paint, like a frame
Black faces all left not working for me, must be a clue to find first.... Tried all black facing same way, none worked.
Stuck -- Found 4 colored drug bottles but only on syringe filled. Got 4 apples, but for what? Got bones, but don't know where to put them. Cube puzzle not working for me. Need 4-color code (syringes?) and last lettered key (which is inside cube puzzle according to comments above).
Thank you Yvon. Light side on top of cubes, then rotate middle cube till it opens. Not sure why.
Inject apple with color, then reuse the syringe. Whew...
Bones go on wall by hospital bead, the outline of them was not there before. Maybe from paining on other wall??? Have just 2 black keys left in inventory.
One key is used on the lock man (I used his wrist to the left). Then you can use the other key on the door. Out. Thanks all. Hopefully I left enough clues for those following.
Missing 1 bottle, I've clicked everywhere but can't find it (it's for the second apple)

Missing one apple, need number and 4 color code.
Oh and ribcage.
Oops, it was a letter code not a number code. I put in DEAD, but it didn't work for a while untill I ran around and looked at everything again. Got a key I don't know what to do with, haha.
Eh I give up. Stuck with black key, four letter keys, three apples, no rib cage, no color code...tired of playing these games where there aren't enough clues, no one does walkthroughs, and everyone wanders off hours after the game is posted.
there is one bottle behind green books next to the syringe.
I only have 2 apples - where are the others? - 1 black key - some skeleton bones and a skull - 3 drug bottles - I think I filled the syringe from a blue one - A jar of something, that I think I put something into - I've wandered around so much I've forgotten what I've done and had - Where is the clue to the colour code? - Where is the brush everyone is writing about? Help please
I'm also missing a coloured ball - blue I think
