Skip Torsion, yes, about a month ago a lot of these Japanese games became inaccessible for reasons unknown. You have to use a proxy server to play them. Someone mentioned hide.me/en/proxy which I have found works consistently. Copy the game link above, go to hide.me/en/proxy, paste the game link and click "Visit" and you should be set.
