nvm, shapes are diamonds from door. once you plug in phone and unscrew top to turn it on, just dial 911

My phone is supposed to be "on", but it's not plugged. Where is the cord ?
cord you get from locked cabinet. Key is on windowsill, encased in ice, so you need to build a fire first :)

I must be dense. I've used the torch on the window to the left of the door but all I see are snow drifts. Is there another window?
for yellow blocks look at the window on the right with light you will see 1037 m
look at the phone the numbers apply to the table
use axe for the right window

Use the axe on gold handles to open right side window cover.

Well, I give up this game : without matches or lighter, I'm totally stuck.
@pdgph, matches are in cb opened with 3 shapes code (look hint on door)
- axe behind left armchair
- wood near right armchair
- use axe on wood and put it in fireplace
- note a box (ice Inside) on the windowsill left of the door
- note 3 shapes on door (3 diamonds)
- enter shapes code in cb below phone ==> matches
- use matches in fireplace
- now look at box on the windowsill ==> red key
- open cb below cups ==> torch and cord
- use axe on lock on wall on the right of the door and click to see a window ==>pliers on the windowsill
use torch by window ==> 1037
- look at phone and note numbers places
- on table click on yellow blocks according 1037 (as a phone) ==> a shovel
- use shovel on plant ==> Sd
- use pliers on cord
- put cord behind phone
- move plant, and click on cord
- use sd on phone, put switch "On" and click on phone for end

Nope, that's 3 times I have restarted and played doing all of the above but it won't let me escape after clicking on the phone?
I have restarted game and when you click on phone, wait a little and you can see game end
(more long than 1st time I played)
Ahh, looked at the WT video, I had to put a number in the lock on the window, then use the axe to cut it. That's why it wouldn't let me out, I was just axing the lock without inputing the number.

I put the white cord in place, and two seconds later the game congratulates me for beating it??? Never even got a key for the door, let alone having it opened...

I'm pretty certain I never put in any code in the window padlock before cutting it off with the axe...
Seems like this game was pretty lenient with me...
@bio, I don't know what was up? I played it 3 times, clicking on the phone never done anything (I waited for a while) I then watched the WT video to see what I was doing wrong, they put in the number 110 on the padlock. I done that and when I clicked on the phone it let me escape immediately???
We never used the electric kettle or the teacups. Perhaps there is something extra we can do?
