Found it just to the left of door. Very small.
It's just to the left of the door into the back room.
Click on the wall till you find a hotspot then use the torch.

Yes you need the knife comes from arrow clue
Think of BIG as numbers and use it as a 3# code in the back room (I think).
Just replaying to check.
The book has 2 pages with # only one page # has the word BIG
no 3 digit code
Look at the book you got with flash light. It has a page # you the page # that has the word big on it.
