EnaGames - Ena Operation HT Escape is another point and click room escape game developed by Ena Games. This game is about a heart transplantation surgery, we have to take the operated heart from one hospital and transport it with the help of a ambulance and deliver it to the other hospital where the surgery is going to take place. there are certain obstacles while transporting, we have to clear the obstacles and then go ahead within the time frame given to us. I could not find a use for the knife or anchor either.
Perhaps there is a different route through the game.

Aww...I was all set to perform cardiac surgery, and it turns out I'm just a glorified delivery boy.

What do you do with the bucket of water? It won't let me put it anywhere!
