I thought the D (4) replaces the 5, but that didn't work. ARG! I know it's going to be a d'oh moment when I figure it out.

If you look at the Jed grave, the letter D is highlighted and the third number. So you use the last letter and the corresponding number (eg #3 or #4). The letters/numbers are then in alphabetical order.

use assembled diamond detector first, before pickaxe will work
Cathy, did you use the diamond detector? You can only dig for the diamond after using it.
Very buggy! It took ages, going back and forth, to dismantle the speaker and to construct the detector. I also had to leave and come back several times before my 'marble' would let me enter the mine.
SD's games really have become too formulaic.
This seems crazy but neither heart nor earth seems to be working.

I think it was a good game except for the number code, if it hadnt been spoiled I would never have gotten it except for breaking it the long way. thanks SD!! waiting for the game tomorrow!!
There's also a little bug with the speaker -- if you try to open it with the SD directly and it gives you the message "find something to open it," stop holding the SD (i.e. drop it or switch to something else), click the speaker, then switch back to the SD and it should open.

I've seen comments in other Selfdefiant games about flash crashing.. I have a sick machine (16GB ram) and with these games and the SSSG games, my flash is crashing all the time now. Never used to do that. Is it because of the ads running in the background? What has changed? Can't finish this episode at all, crashes every time I play. :(
ITA with you JohnnyA. I hope Selfdefiant finds another platform where the ads don't run in the background,
If I use IE, the games will crash. Usually it's fine on Chrome, but even that has crashed lately. And when I switch between tabs (the game and this page), I get a pop up ad. Not enough to stop me playing, but frustrating.
We are working with new ad providers, we don't have any that should pop up. I'm not fond of them. :) I recently changed the settings in flash to use less resources. It should prevent games from crashing.
Firefox with adblock here and no probems, bugs or crashes. Game was fun but also would never have figured out the 4# code. Glad there are smarter people here than me lol.

Don't get me wrong also, I LOVE these games Selfdefiant! I use Chrome, and lately it's been crashing on me all the time sadly. It will not stop me from trying though! :)

The screwdriver is inside the box on the lower part of the table in front of the yellow sofa (hint to open it is on the bottom part of the note you get/take from the boy).

I think you did that inside the inventory box (but that's just from memory).

the name ANDRY on the mug - when you rearrange the letters, you will get another name that works on the grey box (starting with R ...)
Where's the antenna?
Couldn't get the parts of the detector to go together until I figured out that you have to be in the mine to do it, can't assemble it anywhere else.
