Theres 3 lots of two digit numbers I see, but only 4 digits on second box.
Ah got it, you another clue paper when you rescue the left bird. Out now.

use green sd (from red cage) to open green cage (use knife first to cut rope)
you have to minus the number from the cage (25)
on foot green bird got paper hint (do the math)

I have a plank, nails and a hammer, but I can't use them anywhere.
use saw on plank
combine planks and nails
put planks and nails bottom tree and click on with hammer
you can click on planks with hammer to take off planks from tree
and do same thing bottom wall right view
Click click click, nothing. I'm giving up.
saw is in vase (hint arrows on fountain to open vase)

I haven't found the saw. Actually, I didn't find much by myself in this game.
Oh. I already nailed the wood to the wall. Can't get bird cages.
Phew! You can use hammer to remove them.
