Hi again Bandy. I think the O is on one of the desks, on the edge, you just have to click around a desk that has nothing on it.

Ahhh,
Found the H, use calender year on
4-digit door, gives key for file-cabinet.
There is a pencil on the calendar also.

Where go the pens?
@Evans If the dots are those numbered from 1 to 4, they are used on a desk.
I don't know where to use the ribbons.
I finally could use the pencil. Don't free it till you do the 5.
That gives a box for the ribbons.
The pens go on desk. I thought that the colors were a clue.
I thought they finally made the cursor change over the hot spots. But no.
