Took me a while to find right spot to place stool, but got me nowhere... Thought wire and batteries would combine, but no go.

Hi Winnie, use the "strong" scissors on the wire, then the wire with the iron bar.
Right, so you have to put the colored numbers in the right order first and then the sum of the both.

(don't take each colour separately while adding, otherwise green will give you a number with 2 digits, but only 4 digits can be placed at code panel)

The arrow makes me think in the wrong direction. I think the color order is YGRB but in fact it is just as it is. The boy must know physics very well especially Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction.

Never got stuck in such a game but there is always a first... can't figure where to place the electric magnet I made. Only have that and the stool available. Thought the combustible bag would be good to start a fire with but no go. Help please?
Grant crowden, for the numbers, you need to arrange each number according to the colour order taken from the colour blocks - THEN you add them. Result is 9...2.

Aha. You have to click exactly on the gloves to get them off the jack-in-the-box, otherwise nothing suggest that's what you're supposed to do...
