Do you mean the alphabet wheels? Look at the letter clue and find letters on outer ring, then see what letter it equates to on the smaller one! I am utterly stuck on the cowboy colour clue :)

lol colors are not just reversed, you go from bottom right (orange) to bottom left (red) upwards every other side. Starting with as mentioned, orange.
