6 tulips...4 out of 4 strips...stuck....help. Am I alone in this castle?

4 out of 5 strips rather

tricky jug in far left scene: you can move it and lift the lid

tulips go in the little hole in wall next to the chest in Scene 6 ( note the order! )

in far left scene, there is a ceiling view with 2 sticks...

Thanks Hotzenplotz

2 purple flowers.....nowhere to put them

what to do with colored sticks from torches?

@Hotzenplotz: colors are used for the window where now the teddybear sits

TY Anja, got it too!

stick the sticks on the tulips, they create a star, clue to something else I think

for 3 buttons safe in scene1: what is written at bottom of the screen?

TY hineraukatauri!!

YVW Hotz and thanks for the 3 button scene 1 clue, was wondering about that.

look on paper with slider clue in detail view!!!

where are purple flowers from?
and where is hint for the cowboy, please?

the tulip star is hint for cowboy - start up left and sort of join the dots"!

Loading, loading… at least it moved on from the white screen.

for final door (3x3 grid): you have to follow the arrow 4 times.

i used my tuliphint in scene 6 at the wall, where tulip is written. it does not work for me on cowboy

oh, i just saw some shady lines between the tulips....

for cowboy: If I remember well, you have to start on upper right. If your code is correct, zoom out and open the little panel below cowboy pic.

ah - it does not work, because i did not put the golden bars between the tulips - i still miss one

Bloody clickable ads, I had to restart grrr

i've got a second heart... do not know yet, where to use it

ala, second heart is used in 2stars cupboard. 1 star from thirsty cactus upstairs...

Thanks for all the hints. Managed to catch up with them.

Would not have expected the tulip clue to work in two places. Also helped when I realized there were two ways to get out of the first room.

I'm stuck with 2 hearts and a jug (which won't water the cactus). Still need 2nd star.

LW Team Member, use a jug on 3 torches and an other jug to water the seed in tree trunk in scene 6.

Have you guys noticed something has changed in the G4K games? They used to be fun bounding between clues but the last few the clues have been so obscure or small it kinda takes the fun out of them.

TY Hotzenplotz. I watered the torches but haven't found a seed to water in the stump. Where did you find it?

I don't get how to solve the 3 button safe in scene 1. I know the answer but how to input it.

I'm finding this game too frustrating. Red x for me. Thanks for the help everyone.

LW Team Member, I think, the seed was behind the bear.

Shap, follow the button guides to "type" in the words at the bottom of the screen.

LW, once you give the bear the heart and move him, there's a bench with a hidden compartment where he used to be.

I have the 5 strips, but they don't go anywhere on the tulips. and I don't see any "shady lines" where the tulips are...what have I not done??

I have to concur...some of the clues are getting obscure..

I still don't get the hints that have been given for the 3 green buttons in Scene 1. The two hints above are these:

"for 3 buttons safe in scene1: what is written at bottom of the screen?"

"Shap, follow the button guides to "type" in the words at the bottom of the screen."

I see "Games4King" written and the letters/numbers/letters above the green buttons, but how do you "type" the words???

OH, I got it. G is between A and H, so press that one. A is between A and H so press that one again. M is between I and Z so press the third button....and so forth. The only time you press the middle button is when you get to "4" in GAMES4KING"

What to do with the purple flowers please? I also have a bottle of something and no clue what to do with it.

The bottle is used to water the cactus. You get a key for a chest from the cactus. The two flowers are used in the same scene as the cactus. You get to the room with the cactus by using the red water jug to put out 3 torches. Use those colors on the window where the bear holding a heart is sitting.

I still need to find a frog, and also solve the 1-6 puzzle on the wall where the exit door is...help!

also...where is the paper with the slider clue?

Too much confusion....I'm going to the new SD game...

Thanks very much for the help Zoe.

G4K This was a pretty tough game today....I think the repetitive stuff was not fun! But, I escaped with a little help from my dear friend! Without him I wouldn't have gotten out. Thank you!! Thanks G4K for another on your toes game! Still a 5 star rating from me.

Sue...Need help?

Thank you G4K.
That was a really good challenging game today.
The slider puzzle was a pain!
Will be doing a W/T later.
Great to bump into you again Sharon.
See you later maybe?

Hi, Austen!! Walkthrough would be great...

I was sticking around to help Sue....Austen we seem to always be in the same games!! LOL So, sure you'll see me later! Good taste in games!!

Thanx for all the help
Could not have done it without all of you

There is no cactus upstairs . . . ?

Ah . . . had to put out torches 1st

GREAT GAME THANKS GAMES4KING!

GREAT GAME THANKS GAMES4KING!

It's rather frustrating when you correctly solve a puzzle, but it doesn't work simply because you didn't highlight the clue first, as with the slider puzzle. I did not enjoy this game,

I've somehow made it to the final door and have no idea what the rotating clue means so I'll consider myself out. Very frustrating game, star order was opposite of the clue (1st was top right not left) and slider puzzle didn't work first time even after zooming in on clue. Then when I zoomed on it again the slider puzzle went back to the start. Agree with above comment that these games aren't as much fun. Hate red Xing after spending so much time, but like I said, door clue makes no sense.

Finally figured out the final door. Look at the clue paper and click it to rotate. Then press the buttons as in the clue 4 different times. First with D on top, then B, then C, then A. The green bar will light up on the bottom if you are doing it correctly. So you are doing the same pattern 4 times but starting at a different location. Hope that makes sense for anyone that comes late.

Red X for me. Way too hard. Can't even solve it using everyone's comments!

Full walkthrough for any latecomers.
Warning this is another pretty difficult one!

Part 1:

Scene 1:
You start at the foot of some stairs.
Behind the flower pot you find a wheel.
You head up the stairs to Scene 3 then left to Scene 8.
You place the wheel in the round hole on the left and give it a spin to reveal six yellow tulips.
Yellow roses would have been nicer.

You head back to S1 and this time go left to Scene 2.
You look closely at the picture of the cowboy and wonder who it reminds you of.
That’s it – Bandy!
You make a note of the number on the picture and head left to Scene 5.

Jumping way up high you manage to take gold slat 1 from behind the panel over the torch then head through the left arch to Scene 6.

Bandy’s number opens the chest and you steal the heart from inside.
Taking slat 2 from behind the huge urn you realise that the top is loose and grab slat 3.
You now get really inquisitive and start poking around the ceiling finding slats 4 & 5 and wonder who put the graffiti up there.

For some reason best known to yourself you shove a tulip into the little hole in the left wall.
Another hole appears so you keep shoving the flowers in until you have none left.
Wisely you note the order in which the holes appeared.
That appeared to achieve nothing so you prod the wall until the centre brick moves aside for star 1.
Those faint lines which have appeared seem to be the perfect place for your 5 slats so you make a note of the pattern which they form.
That pattern fits well with the 1-6 buttons to the left and you are rewarded with a second heart.
Looking on the right wall you press the Tulip Flowers buttons in the order in which the holes appeared for a vase.

Back in S5 you offer your heart to the lonely teddy bear and………..he runs away!
You take a look behind where Ted was sitting and find a seed.
Thinking it is a bit too bright in here you pour the vase on the torch to find a colour clue.

Scooting over to S2 you extinguish the other torches for colour clues 2 & 3 then use the slat pattern again to make Bandy smile and in return he unlocks the panel below for a key.
That key opens the right lock in S1 where you take the water jug.
While you are there you wonder if entering the graffiti from S6 on the panel above the chest is a good idea.
It is and you now have a bottle of beer. Cheers!
After planting your seed in the stump in S6 and watering it with the jug you pick the purple flowers.

Part 2:

Right. Now to find that bear!
You head upstairs to S3 and find that the colour clues work on the window behind Ted to open a passageway to Scene 4.
You don’t like the beer so you tip it on the cactus to find a key.
You run down to S1 and open the chest to get a skull.
Back upstairs (tired yet?) in S8 you trade the skull in for another star.

You place both stars under Bandy in S2 and take another teddy.
Giving Ted II the other heart lets you turn him round and undo his buttons (careful now this is a family site!) to find a slider puzzle hint.
You shout and scream at the slider puzzle in S6 until you get it right then run back to S4 clutching your cute frog.
Froggie and flowers on the cupboard reveals a lever which you take down to S2.
Will somebody please install an elevator in this house?!

After fitting the lever you pull it and wave goodbye to Bandy.
You eagerly unlock the box and notice the instruction to rotate the clue paper.
Surely this is the exit code!

You combine your clue paper with the letters in the door in S6 and start to follow the patterns on the rings.
That little bar on the door shows you how well you are doing as you enter each code turning the paper each time.

As you press the last ring in the last path the door swings wide and you head for freedom.

Escaped again!

Many thanks to G4K for producing this game and the Jennings brewery for assisting me with the walkthrough.

Your turn next Arrie.

Hilarious walkthrough, Austen! I'm glad the Jennings Brewers didn't hamper your thinking powers - or perhaps it boosted them?...
