oh .. the sword is not a sword, but a brush.
Use it in the tin can in far left room, it's not paint, but glue.
In the room far right, below the carpet is a hole.
That's where the brush with glue is needed, to get a paper.

The coloured grid is simply swapping the coloured squares. The dots show what colour goes where.

The tv gives three numbers (6 in total). In the left room, turning the numbers on the wall shows the matching colours.
Use that on the left wall.

Eh .. The letters on the picture in the far right room are the hint for the knobs on the wall in the left room.
Not sure how. I made the H, by doing the vertical lines first and the safe opened.

Replayed for that safe and that's the only way to open it.
Why H I L H is not clear to me. If anyone finds out, would be nice to explain it? Thanks.

If we don't know how the HLIH hint should be applied to the 3X3 knob puzzle (H worked for me too, totally inadvertantly), how do we know it's supposed to be, indeed, a hint for that?

I need one more hex-tile and see no more puzzles to solve... What now?

But, it was a matter of elimination. There was nothing else left to serve as a clue for the safe.

hex-tiles :
far right room: in the open cupboard, up high on the ceiling, in the 5 shapes cupboard.
far left room: behind the red-green-blue, in the great-safe.
