There's a white paper in the very bottom left corner of one of the scenes - I think it was the one with the pink table

Well, you have the game walls & floor which are white (#FFFFFF) and the webpage background color which is #EDEDED... not sure what they mean
I'm assuming we need to add the 3 numbers as the thing on the wall says. White is also 255 in decimal, we get SPOI40LER from the blue note, not a clue about the red one
Interesting how the knob on the bottom drawer is blue when unlocked and red when locked.
I can't find out what it means, but L and R are capitalized in the white note

still can't see where those #s came from, and can't find a use for the pink key! (You can take 1 or the other, not both)
Is there a language barrier to knowing what this game's about?
just1 I don't think there's a language barrier at all.. There are no hidden hints in the messages >_<
And as for the pink key, I've been trying to do something with it (that key is required for the 2nd ending), like finding a hidden door or smth but no luck so far

I can't tell you how to get to 158, but I know how to get to 790!
158 x 5 = 790 !!
Note the (scrawly) "x5" on the table leg.
@Nini Messages in Japanese blog revealed that it *IS* a language barrier. (some Kanji trickery involved)
It is indeed related to language.
Blue memo: 40 (see keyboard)
White memo: background color is white(白). With a horizontal line above it is 百 (100)
Red memo: vertical and horizontal line is 十 (10). Cross line is 八 (8). So it is 18
B+W+R=158
Where goes the pink key?
Correction for red memo: cross is 十, vertical and horizontal line is 八. See as the arrow points.
Can't find "x5" at table leg and hot spot in table for pink key. Also, get either white key or pink key, but not both.

LOL I was saying that was no language barrier on the messages not on the papers :P
