find 4 swords and 4 red buttons, take 4 black symbols from swords and put them on buttons...

I am not getting the color puzzle in far left room. All color squares are in place but don't know how to match them up?

OK color puzzle over thinking it just match colors and click green button 3 X's
Bandy - Place the same color balls under the same color gems. Ex - cyan calls go under cyan gem. Press the green button 3 times when they are lined up

Hi there, placed the 2 steering wheels and found the dot clue on painting but don't get it... anybody worked it out yet

One clue was down one scene from start on right wall, Cant remember were the other was.

This is not a walkthrough, just describing
what I found where so far.
UPSTAIRS
Rooms from left to right.
bedroom all to the left.
- sword on the bed.
- symbols on the bedhead.
- six-coloured puzzle at the wall.
Go right.
room with gold-looking couch.
- red ball behind vase on table.
- blue gem on the mantel of the fireplace.
- four circles at fireplace.
Go right.
salon with flowers.
- coin on left chair.
- red ball up left.
- pink gem on stove.
Go right.
hall with two chandeliers.
- hammer below couch.
Go right.
music/dancing room.
- coin on the table.
- coloured circles on the door (note the arrows for the correct order).
Go right.
vague luxurious room.
- red ball on the table.
- place for crowns/wheels at the wall.
Use the 5 coloured balls (in the correct order) in the vase to get the exit key.

use knife on picture on the left, 1 scene up from starting scene .
The black symbols from 4 swords go on 4 red balls then place them in order from clue on bed head board

There are only 8 places on the circles, so if you count the top dot as number 1, then the two positions for the dots on the (placed) capstans are no 6 and no 7.
Again, not a walkthrough, I could have missed something, just what I found so far.
Hall (starting scene) – forward arrow.
room with wooden ceiling.
- matchbox below left chair.
- hotspot on left painting.
- jar right of fireplace.
ABOUT ITEM .. use hammer = 2 coins.
Go forward.
- crown on spinet.
- wheel on painting.
- red ball in panel below statue.
- something that looks like candle-holder on the ground.
Go right.
- jar on the left.
- hotspot on painting with black dots + 1 red dot.
- yellow gem on door wooden cabinet.
PLACE crown on its’ shadow for 2 coloured balls (bl + pi).
- sword in hand of right black.
(It looks as if it’s gone, but just click the first sword you found and then you can drag the second one to it, need four).
- sword in hand of right black .... statue ....

Black dots are clue for the 2 ships wheels.
Lol, Bandy, it's actually the red dots (amongst the black dots) that are the clue :P
Color balls go in a jar to get key. Door for key in room where you cut painting off wall.

From hall, go down.
stairway.
Go right.
bedroom with wooden bed.
PLACE coins in circles on the left = sword.
- shadow of a crown on bed-end.
Back to stairway, go left.
room with pink couch.
- sword on the stool.

At stairway on the right wall is the second clue with black dots + 1 red dot.
ABOUT ITEM swords, take symbols.
ABOUT ITEM red balls, place symbols on them.
Put them in the right order on the circles upstairs .. fireplace.
= wheel.
PLACE wheels = top dot points as painting shows (W),
low one as the wall at stairway points (SW) = green button.
Click green button = candle.
PLACE candle, light it = panel at the wall.
Open panel = purple, red and green gem.
PLACE gems in bedroom far left … upstairs.
put the dots below their own colour, click green button.
= knife.
Use knife … oh no …
on that hotspot at the painting of The Earl Of Winchester …
= two crowns.
PLACE crown one in room where wheels went (I just learned they’re called ‘capstans’, thanks Clodagh).
= orange ball.
PLACE crown two on wooden bed downstairs .. right.
= green and yellow balls.
ABOUT ITEM the jar,
put the balls in in their correct order =
KEY.
Use key in the room with wooden ceiling and destroyed Earl and stroll around the gardens ..
Try to get away before they found out what you did to get those two crowns …
Really nice again EightGames. I like the music choice too, very appropriate to the scenery.
