Reading adventure books is one thing! But to play a role in them ….??
Jolly Boy is not really sure he likes his situation.

This is chapter 6 of the continuing saga of Jolly Boy and his friends James and Janice.
(You need to see every clue for yourself first).

There is a boat, but, Jolly Boy can’t reach it! He needs an axe to chop the tree.
So.
Jolly crosses the bridge and enters the house.
In the windowpane he finds an arrow.
There’s a target at the wall, but he wants to practice first.
What would be the needed word on that wall?
And those shapes on the bed-end …

Jolly walks out and down the steps.
Here he can practice! And of course with different results, a 3, then 1 in bullseye, a 4 and a two, but many arrows missed their targets!

Jolly walks on to the next house. Inside there’s a Curver toolbox. And at the wall Jolly tries to click the four buttons.
Top, bottom, left, right … YAY Open! So cool to find a fishing rod.
Especially on an Island.
The jar could be useful too.
And on the chair is an arrow.
Sigh, what to do with all this stuff.
Jolly wished his two friends, James and Janice were here.
They are always so clever and helpful.

Jolly follows the path towards the fountain. He is thirsty and uses the jar to get some drinking water.
The rock can change colours, but Jolly first goes into the shed.
He finds another arrow on the ground, and takes the shovel.
Next to the clock the buttons can move, and at the backwall 4 numbers are needed.
He studies the letters in the open closet on the right.
A two dots, E four, G one and M three … hmmm, where is James when you need him!
Outside he studies the leafs of the palmtree … H Q T Z ??

The rock over there needs 3 numbers. The tent at the end of the island needs 5 gems.
Jolly finds the first one when he uses the jar with water on the fire.
Following the path Jolly uses the shovel on the marked place.
A key …. for the toolbox?
Yes and an envelope in there!
Numbers … and lines where 3 numbers should be.
Three numbers ?? The rock, near the tent!
A parchment .. what does it say … Aahaa. Symbols for the bed-end.
The dot up right marks the start.
And yes !! another gem.
Jolly decides to throw three arrows at the target.
Left to right .. low middle high …
Those 4 letters with dots … could they form a word?
G is on one, A on two … Jolly tries the letters at the wall and finds … a book. Wow.
What an interesting page (about item).
The letters on the palmtree definitely have something to do with it.
H is on 7, Q on 6, T on 2, Z on 3 ….
In the shed, Jolly puts those numbers in the wall.
Of course, a third gem.
And he uses the heights of the arrows up left.
Gem four.

Perhaps this is the moment to start fishing. Left of where Jolly is standing right now is a good place to throw the rod.
A beautiful colourful fish. The colours read from left to right.
The rock in the back is the place to use them .. for a gem!

Placing the gems in the tent gives the axe.
Jolly uses the axe on the tree next to him.
And that’s it!
Row row row your boat, gently down the sea …….!

He sure has a lot to tell James and Janice when he gets back home …

Nice game ****
Btw: music is awesome !!
