I don't get the math symbols in the third room. Also need to know where to use colored arrow clue.

Watched the walkthrough video and it shows the answer but still no freaking idea why the answers are what they are.

follow math logic for symbols. eg: ++=+ / +-=- and so on.

Never mind. Found last ball, in first scene, in cabinet, below equation, near ceiling.
