if you mean the pills,they give clue for puzzle up left of double stairs
If your needle is a stick, Bandy, then use it on the ceiling in the far right room to get the 4 colour hint (will give the last 2 pills).

stuck with sand paper, syringe, cotton and line clue.
The windows up stairs above 3 beds is hint for the black squares left side up stairs.

I am thinking the lines hint, is for the wheel looking puzzle in bathroom but no luck yet.

Have an item left in inventory unsure what it is or is for.....was 2 pieces put together - gray and tan with what looks like slots.

I was able to grab the key from the medical disc puzzle without finding all the pieces. Out. I'll take it, had enough of the pixel hunting already anyway.... Great graphics!

can't find the 4-color puzzle
Have solved several puzzles, but so many puzzles half done -- hope someone is brave enough to write a walk-through!
At first I thought the sandpaper was a sponge. Then decided it must be a brick (when the paper scrap turned out to be a cloth) and was trying to find an unbroken window or mirror!
Also haven't seen a 7-letter puzzle
And the blinking arrows are driving me batty!
I'm playing now, while writing a WT (of course, lol). But just have to say, this is a great game, love it.
omg getting the symbols in the right color order is hard.

GOING RIGHT
Stairway.
* Aesc.circle at the stairs
Also: down right place for Aesculapius (2), up left Aesc.circle behind bars (4 red buttons needed), dark spot below stairs.
Go Right.

Also: place for 9 puzzle pieces on the shield.

Put circles in their correct colour = key.
(one way to do this is to set the circles on their correct place while keep on moving them around till blue remains in the middle. Then place blue on the left).

I can't find the knife...
I think the knife was from entering the medical symbols - pretty sure order was crossed bandaids, thermometer, IV and wheelchair

And the order only works after seeing the clue for yourself.
Still can't find place to use clue that has 2 circles with each quarter labelled 1-4. Please help. Going batty lol
