The kind of hammer (or suction thing) you make out of 3 parts is used on the tree/log. The watermelon is used on a rock.
The key sticking in the lock of the boat without opening is not a bug (you need a knife as well to escape with the boat).
flowers are clue for dolphins
tiny balls and blue flowers go to sea scene

I think the knife was found in the end (at least for me), I think it was placing the 3 flowers.

3 blue flowers gave me a symbol (yellow flower?) for circle...
look at the white numbers for pumpkin last right

There's a 3 digit hint in the sand, that's the sliders in the left scene.

I put the gold key into the box on the boat and nothing happened. The box won't open and I can't click on anything else. It holds the very last shape that I need for the sign. grrrrrrrrr

They go on a rock on sixth screen to the right
