in inventory: fan, stick, stick pile covered with gas, knife, hammer stick, binocular with code, mobile with sim, match stick
ok put the fan onto the boat and carved around with knife for hammerhead
you can insert the stick into the tree twice; the catcode will come from the tree along with last piece for the phone
This game was quite tricky! But fun :)

my second "stick with hole" was in starting scene bottom right of barrels
I dont like this one, too random. Phone wont accept battery, I also have a 6 digit code and a key. 4 digit riddle and 5 letter word to find

5 letter word is "eight", as seen on scene one shoe.
I think the hammer stick was in one of the barrels (left scene?) but i may be wrong

This so random...I'm stuck, got binocular with 6 digit code, lit match, pile of sticks, a long-thin 'log', and a mobile phone with sim. Looking for a 3 digit code, gas apparently - according to K.F. above, a phone battery, I assume an anchor, and something to do with the 'log'... Anyone around? Hate having to resort to a video walkthrough...
Got it - to get the 3-digit code, which gets the gas, zoom in on the tree branch above the padlocked crate and hit it with the long 'log'. All flowed easily after that.
Where the phone I can't seem to find it help me someone
What am I not clicking on? I have a hotspot on a rock, but nothing is there. I am missing one bug. I cannot unlock the crate. And I have an assembled phone, but no I idea what to do with it. Thoughts?

Josh spy glass gives # for phone. I can't get my phone to work.

Sticks are to be put together (you need 4), then pour gas on them.
I have an unlit match, need 1 "stick with hole".
The phone seems to need a battery, I haven't found yet.
I don't know where to light my match.
ok. Taken the tricky second stick from bottom right of barrel pile, starting scene. Hammered it into tree for a scroll, which gave me cat code, then empty box of matches.
Now I can light my match...
Now I can use my match to light a faire (4 stick with gasoline), and suddenly, the phone battery falls.
Of course, every fire provides phone batteries, it's well known. :-)
And out now. When escape game meets hidden objects game, I don't really like.
I'll stick there for a moment if you need help.
does anybody remember where the hammer head is?
@Yvonne : Hammer head is on the little boat.
Insert fan into the hole, and use knife on it.

Knife is from the colour code. Hint is the 3 bottles you use in your inventory on the tray.
The knife comes from 3 color code (from bottles)

And yep, you're right, usually I like Eightgames very much, but this was indeed almost a hidden objects game and not very logical: Putting a fan on a hole in a boat and then using a "knife" ? to hammer it off again so you can take the hammer head from that hole that was open in the first place !?

thick person here, I can't find place to put bottles
I've just found the place to put bottles, just needed to click to the right side of locked crate.
The tray is on top of the right crate (the one next to the one with the lock on it. In the over the hill scene.
Bottles:
- Behind the top left barrel in that same over the hill scene.
- Behind the barrel bottom right in the boat scene.
- Behind the bottom right barrel (in the back) in the boat scene.
That should give the colour hint.
Put Bottles in... bottle holder, you can find on top of the locked crate.
I have to leave. I'll try to write a walkthrough, because : EGDAW ;-)

I have lost a scene! Left arrow took me to the scene with the crate and now takes me to the egg scene????
