key on the chair dining room
Check the painting last right for color clue
Candles go by red armchair in one of the right rooms
use cloth in fourth scene left on board
Guess you can't put the smiley till you find all pieces
Missing a lot of things. This is more of a hidden object game than escape the room.
What to do with the candle with two ends?

Now I have a 2-ended candle with a nail through it :(
Put the candle thing on 2 blocks in front of the fireplace and light the ends. Get a key.
And of course you need 2 keys...
Clue "hotel" does'nt work on letters
Only have the 2 rightmost candles. Anyone got others?

I think I got it after putting a blue gem (from pipes puzzle) on the puzzle with arrows on the bottom. You have to navigate the gem through the orbs.
got it - thanks.....now i have one key in the box to the left of the fireplace and need a second

I have been over every inch of this place, still missing one white ball thingy and one green button - plus a 5 number and the word clue to work

the word HOTEL won't go in the place where there are some letters

Got nail from moving the gem, use key to see the direction under
navigation is difficult, I keep forgetting where I've been and where I've got to go..........

I have all the while balls now....but I can't remember where they were all from...it's been a long game
now I have a knife! what to do with a knife,,,will this never end.......

Make a red cross with the slider to get the last two arrow buttons.
Hotel is for the 5#, count each word's lines
Finally found the ball. Start scene on the middle of the floor.

I cannot get the word=number clue to work. BANFF=33333 or HOTEL=31242.

Nor does it work with no caps. Nor with counting the "e" as 1 or 2 lines. What the heck am I doing wrong? Gonna have to give up for this hurdle I can't jump. Nothing works for me. No walkthrough yet.

Missing 1 green ball, 1 white ball, 3 candles, 2 black arrow balls.
Sheesh.
One thing I LOVE about these games is that once you pick up an item, the hot spot disappears. Much less confusing this way!

And where to use key from lighting 2-ended candle? I have 2 locks left (1st scene which I presume is exit door, and scene just to the left)
I've been everywhere several times and not finding anything new.
Grouse: Why do people complain about not finding things, and then never say where they finally got them?
Candles go by couch right and up from opening scene.
Same room you use the clue from using cloth.
POP! Just found a place for 2 more keys -- the hunting-lodge scene where the blue ball goes.

Place to use dots clue is in first scene to get the book with the face.
Gives crowbar -- use on wooden "X" for Hotel clue
"O" = "0", for last 3 candles
word gives last white ball
Apparently, the "X" is a clue for the last puzzle.

Much easier 2nd time around. Out at 22 minutes.
Thanks for the hotel hint! And once I saw the ball and candle on the floor in the first room, it got easier... guess I shouldn't slouch so much.
COULD SOMEONE TELL EIGHTGAMES TO ADD THE OPTION TO TURN OFF MUSIC BUT LEAVE SOUND EFFECT ON??
Ugh, got all the puzzles done to find the last arrow puzzle a sliding puzzle... no thanks. I consider myself out
That last slider puzzle is really easy - most of the outer arrows are already in the correct sequence, they just need to move around one position, then swap the black with the bottom 'up' arrow.
