Where is the clue for the colour puzzle top right in the room where we place the girl dolls ? What do we do with the genie lamp?

and the blank piece of paper? and the 4 flower clocks in the room where we place the girl dolls ?

Sorry, I mean the ball in last room is the clue for the colors
You use the lamp and blank paper last thing,you will need another one.
The clock is the hint for flowers, look at the position of each number
