Had to find a walkthrough for a couple of these puzzles.
Out finally.

What is the thing beside rat in paper clue, pls ?

Ok. In fact, it was a pad, and not a rat but a mouse. Combine both words to open lower cabinet.

("out finally" didn't help me either, Jenny; )
