The clue for the levers is the heights of the coloured bottles zoomed in.

Grid and 3 green paper for the 3#
The number box and the three green cards placed next to it are the clue for the 3 digit number. The C works as three sides of a square.
So did I Dazz - spent ages trying those! Also spent ages trying to make the colours of the bottles work on the 4-colour square puzzle in the first scene. Still haven't got that yet but working on it!

By the way, for anyone wondering how or where to place the remote parts near the candles, you have to click on the right one first for it to work. Drag a part to the right side of the table, and if it is the right one it will stick there. keep trial-and-erroring (yes Spellchecker, that IS what I mean) the other parts until they gradually all pile up there. Then click the assembled remote when done.
