Hi Dazz, I think the circle is in 2 parts - V+I = 6 probably - star clue as well but I haven't figured it out yet

I keep getting an upside down Roman '6' - but 366 isn't the answer

got it, translate the Roman to Arabic numerals, turn one upside down, out!
