Use the yellow plate (with ash or something like that) under the tap to get the shapes hint. Combine that with the compass hint.
Book and vase for the 4 letter word.

Not relevant, you only need the colours.
Cigarette case with removable ashtray, Roberto. Don't think this is needed.
The colours of the bowls are the hint for the cabinet in the kitchen.
Eyes of statue in living room give hint for the faucet.

I clicked the number of Xs and the number of Ys from the picture. Nothing
I realy love your gams @Angelika. They always have so much detail and new design and different puzzles. And I love that I could solve this one without help, even if none of the puzzles was supersimple.

Dan - for Y&X puzzle, did you click them in the order given on the wall? (Should be clicking 7 times)

The only helpful hit I didn't see is that you can click on the colored balloons in the vase. No hotspot, but they do move.

Where o where do I find the hint? Thought it was the colored balls, apparently not. Or I have them in the wrong order?

as with x and y? Click 4 times so y left and 3 times x so right, also goes the other way not
You have to click them in order as they are on the wall poster.
So X, Y, Y etc.
