Hi pat, you should have two paper clues for the clock, one says toothpaste and brush, the other has numbers which when you turn around it shows each pointing at a time, mirror means you reflex each picture.
For example, the reflection of the hand pointing at ten will be the hand pointing at five.....ect

The 1,2,3 for the tooth hands... what do I do with that? Is it each, or back and forth?
Each number has blue and red color, the numbers tell the order

You have to combine pill clue with the clock, see the number each color represents
Stuck at the five Word code, thought the date hints with clock but of course I could be wrong
