Warning pixel hunting time..
In the scene one down from start the puzzle disappeared before it was solved. Now I see a panel and it won't open. A bug?
could someone help me with the numbers...I guess it's the clock time, but it's not working for me.......

The roman numeral puzzle doesn't seem to be working either. The math is correct but nothing happens. Do I need to put something in there first?

Got the romans. Do the red last, opened before every I was used.
Where t put the symbols? Got 8 but no idea what to do with them. The green/brown puzzle is still gone and the hatch is stuck. Can't find anything else to do.
Then there's the rusty bucket that doesn't seem to do anything either.
and a colour code that I can't find anywhere to apply it
Colour code probably goes automatically to the colored halves puzzle.
my coloured half buttons wont stick on the house puzzle...only the cyan ones

You have to put them in in the order of the color clue. Halves to the top sides and then click each half and move them together with the arrow. Then click the result and repeat with other colors.
I found my last nut - one scene to the left of the Salton sign - in the sand
well, I'm going to leave this for now, have another go in the morning, with fresh eyes (I hope) - thanks for the color clue - I must be missing some of the halves......
Leaving too. Dunno if the rotating squares thing was a bug or not, but can't find anything else to do. "Out" with 8 symbols.

Same problems as some of you. Roman numeral puzzle not working, after pressing 'skip' on the rotating squares puzzle it just disappeared leaving nothing to collect.
still a bug - late into the game, but the green/brown puzzle went blank.
Roman numerals work for me though...
Have 8 symbols after solving the SALTON puzzle in far right scene. I assume the place to put them is the brown green puzzle bug. Annoying!

and i got to the red x conclusion as well. did the damn turning squares and of course it didnt open. SCREW YOU 8 GAMES> THIS WAS THE LAST TIME. YOU ARE DONE
Hi everyone! I have also tried to play this game and failed. The bugs are anoying and dissapointing so i e-mailed eightgames and waiting an answer. I asked them to play the games before releasing them and i hope they take the hint.

never managed to get the key behind the squares puzzle after having used skip - the door was blocked - so never could finish the game - I know you probably never have used clocks with dials, but what the needles indicated was 1:45 and not 2:45 - as Nucklehedd Jones said, 6 plus 5 does not equal 9 - sigh - maybe a break would be a good idea? - however, I do know you read comments since you inserted the skip buttons after it was suggested to you - well, red x for this one, unfortunately.
Ha, I probably won't finish this one either. But, FYI:
The Salton Sea was created inadvertently when the Federal government and the State of California conspired to divert water from the Colorado River to benefit agriculture in Southern California. An amazing debacle ensued. In the middle of the project, there were suddenly 3 years' worth of extraordinary rains, and the Colorado adopted the partially completed canal as its new channel, dumping nearly all its water into the Salton Valley for 3 years; engineers finally managed to correct the problem and send the river towards Mexico again. For a while, the Salton became a tourist destination, with good fishing and boating. In the last 2 decades, through several major droughts, it has shrunk quite a bit, and the water became poisonous from the minerals present there (lots of sulphur and selenium). Now it's the largest ghost town in America, and even birds avoid the place.
definitely bugs the square puzzle didn't so I looked in the video walkthrough it gives the key the game was good up til then couldn't solve the letter exchange word puzzle no clue probably in the key safe please fix it eight games I really like your games but problems keep happening I know it happens please fix it thanks
Played it a day later and still couldn't get the key either by solving the squares puzzle or hitting the skip button. I managed to solve all the other puzzles except for the one with the symbols as a result.
Almost a month later and they still haven't fixed it. Did the green/brown puzzle up until 'skip' appeared, then it went blank, didn't get anything. Also couldn't do anything with the roman numerals. Eight games are obviously not concerned with quality or job satisfaction at all - quantity isn't everything! I was quite enjoying this game up to that point, such a shame.
Love EightGames...usually. This one has stupid bugs that they don't seem to have any intention of ever fixing. One star!
5 years later and I still couldn't get the key from the brown squares puzzle after solving the squares puzzle. you need this key for the little black shed to the left of the roman numerals puzzle. The little black shed is in the roman numerals puzzle in the scene from opening house then -left -up -left. This little black shed has the last puzzle to solve to get the key for the exit gate.
It is a real shame not being able to escape the Salton Riviera as it is a really great game. [:(]
