What to do with bag of flour? and knife and rope, which I can't use anywhere?

POP, of course, there was a panel I didn't see before

You need a green ring to complete the bag and reveal 4# code.
knife is to cut tamborine.

And now I don't know how to drive a plane; only left button works

And again, I didn't open another panel...

This is one of this ENA Games I feel
really dumb.
