Combine scroll (from 3 teeth code) with poster for the clock.
Hot, cool and sour for 3 digit code.
Stuck with tongs holding piece of ice-cube or cotton wool. No idea whats next.

Placed the stool under the fan.
Use cutters on the fan (wire) to get a key.

Cutters you made from two pieces (one from a code, I think the shapes, and the other from a drawer you could open for free).

ok. Then im defs stuck. The shapes under the dental chair make me back out if i touch them. I cant see where to use those shapes elsewhere.
Shapes under dental chair (not the triangle etc, that's what you have to push to see the shapes) are the hint for the 4 shapes drawer.

Sorry, i misunderstood. Put the wheel on the red nut and used the water to wash the cotton wool to get the four digit number to get the cutters, which i now cant get to cut the wire.

I am defs not a handyman. I realised that i have to add the cutters to the red/black handles.

Really could have used better hints here. I can't get 3#'s from teeth poster. there are no symbols under dental chair just the keypad.
Really can't do anything much. Have cotton and tweezers and put stool in place and that is all.
