Fourth bell frozen in one of the icicles last scene but no idea how to get it

Got the frozrn bell without using the ice hook, it was already on the ground. Stuck with complete paperclue and rope and still have ice hook..
Did you give the fish to the penguins and then the bones to the polar bear ?

Hammer is for the bells.
There are two views of the penguin. Click the hole in the ice to get two fish.
How to give first aid to reindeer?
Reindeer is first a hint to open the first aid kit and then you can use the band aid on its knee.
Oh, have no first aid kit.

I think that came from using the scraper (from inside the iglo) on the sign post to see the word clue.
If that's the case,bummer! I don't have the key

Oops, maybe the key came from placing all the stars (including the shiny top one) on the tree.
Rope you don't use

I used the rope on the big pole!?
Rope was there when I put flag there, found rope later, lol.
My pole wouldn't accept the rope, maybe it doesn't like it

I happened to click early while the star was falling after the pick was used, and it disappeared.. Red X.

I also picked the "frozen" bell up before breaking the icicle. And then spent ages trying to find the released bell. %)
Another confusing moment was with the reindeer. Tried again and again to pick it up in order to bring to the sledge. But noooo. You just click on the sledge and never mind the deer (it probably stayed back on sick leave %) ).
Take the eaten fish back from the penguin and terrify the polar bear with it.
