found hint for code, click (with zoom)on the right place where you can enter numbers and count colored circles

then use sheet with circles on note. anagram the 3 numbers (not too hard) and enter them on the lock.
blue door appears, but apparently I'm missing something else

Yep, click on the number panel door, remove transparency, combine with note.
