Really easy. My only question is, who is the guy in the window? LOL

Put chocolate-filled heart in magical control-less oven, leave room and come back, remove cooked heart and examine, give to Ric Ocasek (or whoever that is).

That's a fridge. You're cooling the melted chocolate you got from the fountain. :) No idea who the guy is, but he seems to appreciate the gift.

Great game as usual from Twinkle! I did have a slight problem at the end, though. When I opened the number cabinet for the item for the perfect end, I clicked on it and the cabinet closed without giving me the item. Couldn't get it open again after that, no matter what I tried. Replayed just for the satisfaction and it worked fine, no idea what happened the first time though.

That guy is supposed to be DAIGO, a Japanese singer, posing in in signature "Wish" pose.
