Put the piece of glass on the floor in the zoomed in view of the first scene.
What's the shard-looking thing in the inventory? Or is it a cloth-piece for cleaning up something?
It's a piece of glass. Put it on the floor do reveal a word clue.
Anybody use the knife yet?
I tried on bed but no go?
Zoom in on the bed first, then use the knife.

There is also another small piece of puzzle (triangle) at the foot of the bed. It was the last piece I needed to get my last piece of the grid puzzle.
On the grid puzzle, the numbers are the amount of times that you can move that particular piece before it stops. You must move all pieces onto a blue square and have the each piece displaying the number ZERO, before the puzzle will open, giving you a key.

Have 5 # squares on the wall but where is the hint for the order?
The hint for the order is on the right window in the downstairs scene. One scene right of the banana box scene.

No one mentioned the keypad above.
The card to activate it is behind the banana box (in the room you use the crowbar).
The code is on two scraps of paper. The first part is behind the closet door in the exit room. The second part is in the start room at the base of the right wall.
These are all tiny hot spots.
