hammer hidden really well in chandelier in one of left rooms. Working on cipher/box code now . . .

Key on bottom right of far right arch.

key is used on chest. get screw driver.

don't miss the door to the right of the chest.

ax on chain gives you fuse.

BF cypher code. Answer is

Hammer for pot in upstairs room. Same room as fuse box.

Not sure why the cipher is 21. The clue with the fruit is 25.

Dreadful game. The key is right-hand bottom of the stairs, by the way. Ignore the arch hint.
