Use crowbar in start for a key. Also knife in start.
That picture, imo, is from Machu Picchu. The peak on the back is the Huayna Picchu. Nothing to do with the game, I know.
Marks found on rock far right scene is for on off puzzle.
Use magnet and rope far right in dark spot
in far right scene there are 2 dark hot spots under the big rock

horse tile is in starting scene, a hot spot bottom left of gate. you will get the clue after using pickaxe

I am missing the horse and 2 gems. I found a blue 4 symbol clue but can't find the puzzle for it.

any spot you have already used that you can still zoom has something else to do there.
Try using your hammer in one of those spots.
took me so long to find my last symbol tile (flower): in first scene in a hot spot on the left

bandy You have to use the flashlight on one of the dark spots. The flashlight looks like a metal tube.

So look at lines roster goes were cow is, cow goes were horse is Ect.

I'm missing one gem, the one that looks like a club. I have the telescope thing and no hot spots left that I can find. I've been through each scene with a fine tooth comb

I found: use the pickaxe at the same scene of the stones, right side, above the arrow.
