Let's go
Trying to work out the pyramid with the dots and lines. They only give a few hints with the 1, 5, 10 and such.
Treat the pyramid puzzle like roman numerals. |=5 _=10 and .=1
It's been pretty straight forward. Use sword on sail far left scene, hook on bottle, life saver on rippling waters in each scene, knife on shoe.
So, thirteen will be _... and four will be .| and six will be |. etc.
Use the knife on the boot and the telescope.
Well I worked it out finally. If I would have known I was so close I would have taken a picture so I could tell each level. Pay attention to the clues for it. 15 is the symbols for 5 and 10 so sideways and up/down. Pretty much similar or just like roman numerals. Hope that helps

Forgot to mention for the gold coin symbols. Go left to right then to the next row.
I can't find the left shoulder piece for the armour
jenjen, the left shoulder is in left side of rock that has the round symbol change thing.

kmoorer...start at the top with single dot...count downward left to right and at the 5th spot put the vertical slash, continuing to the tenth spot and put the horizontal slash.
in between increase the increments...ie 1 dot, 2 dots, 3 dots, dot/vertical slash for four...and so on.
dots count as 1, vertical slashes count as 5, horizontal slash counts as 10.
Top to bottom left to right. . .. ... .| | |. |.. |... ._ _ _. _.. _... _.| _|
I think that's it. I didn't open the game again to double check though.
:P, look at bear's solution...it's much easier.
Sadly, my hammer totally disappeared... But the game was fun to play and it's not so bad being left behind on that island.

Hardest part was finding that left shoulder. It's inside the rock with the symbols on the left side.
can't get last coin and don't know where to use the sword. been clicking everywhere :-(
