stuck (as usual for such Jap. games LOL)
so far, found a 5 on ceiling, a 0 at my feet, clicked shelves behind red door (the others are locked) to see hands with moving fingers...
game is lagging terribly for me...
I only got the zooms on hands by leaving the tab & coming back - odd...

I numbered thumb 1 through to 5 for little finger. Keep in mind you're working on the opposite hand.

have you already used those finger hints & if so, where?
On the right hand click the corresponding fingers. Ignore what the fingers are doing, it seemed to work for me. So if you have 1 for thumb on the left hand then click thumb on the right hand. etc.
If you think this one is hard, the next puzzle has me giving up. I'm working with handwritten emoji to English translator with little success.

That's no barrier, it's a brick wall, barbed wire, and sirens! lol
Once the first code made (fingers, you have to wait a long time before the first hand makes the sequence... this game lags awfully), the blue door is unlocked. But, there are four buttons to move but I do not know how (no clue...).

According to a Japanese forum using Firefox cannot display hint for blue door

atm I have your VWT from Igor Krutov's «Through Abandoned 2: The Forest» open, 'cause I had to restart the game 'cause of that darn button I already placed into the lift & only then read the comments in YouTube... I got stuck the 2nd time playing for a pretty long time at the arrow lock, so I dared to peek for the solution ☻
Yes, this game was very good but for the 4th secret... it was a little boring to start over the game! I spent over five hours playing before try to restart the game and try the second place for this damned button ^^
Very clever game. Not slow playing for me. Too bad those playing back in August had so much trouble. I was completely stuck on yellow door. I couldn't find clues or walkthroughs anywhere, but finally touched the feet! Excellent.
