Stuck as usual, opened portal in room 6 but cannot enter. Have no additional keys in inventory. Opened rooms 4-7. There must be another key somewhere but can't find it.
@Maximom, I'm in the same spot. I've been looking for more clues like the one that reveals the portal. I suspect there's another thing we need to do to activate it.
Also, have you been able to pick up the one crystal next to the bed-springs?

Hi Seraku! No I haven't been able to p-up that crystal either, but I suspect we don't need it. In many of these games there is an oddball item floating around like that. This game is similar to Volubilis and another one from not too long ago. I am checking those w/t to see if I can get any ideas.

In the room with the crystal next to the bed spring, can't get it. I did hit the thing under it with the hammer and both disappeared and I don't think I got anything for it, so a bit stuck.

I think there is a glitch, too. These games are very formulaic and in other games like this, the portal worked. I cannot imagine what we all could have overlooked.

To get the portal you have to put use the diagram in the first scene that's up on the wall. Put one items in the correct orientation there and the other in the TV.
@Nigel, this developer has been giving us dull keys and a sharpener for some time. I guess most of us have gotten used to it that we have given up wondering about the logic.
I do wonder if, the next time someone's key doesn't work in real life, I will end up suggesting they sharpen it first. Oh, the looks I would get. (:

Find two items like that. Put one in the location in the first room, and the second in the location with the TVs (room 7 I think) You'll then find a hole or a portal thing in room 6.
Nigel---I've had the portal open by accident haha. I just don't know what to do after that. what does the portal mean?
No idea. At this stage, I'm thinking it's bugged because nobody else seems to be getting anywhere either, or it's a very tricky series of events that have to occur. Maybe something needs to be just so to get the crystal. I can't find a 4th one, and I can't find the key for the left room.
@Gika, the portal has been used in previous games by this developer. It presumably will take us to one of the scenes left of scene 4, probably scene 1. Then, once we find more keys to let us access the final scenes, we just need to place all of the items to be able to leave.
We are supposed to be able to use the portal to go to the other rooms, 1-3, find and place more stuff then return to room 7 to exit. It would appear that GB neglected to make sure the portal worked which is nothing new for them.
Nigel and Seraku--- thank you. I usually play games by AVM, Eightgames and SelfDefiant. I remember I tried to play a game like this one by the same developer I it had a glitch and I couldn't move forward either.

Meh, can't find the portal key neither....
Stuck same place as everyone else. Have portal open but can't get through it. Sometimes there's a 'portal key' which looks like a white ankh, so I've been looking for one of those, but no luck so far. :(
These games are just not fun. Found a key in first room and it won't unlock either lock.

Hi i have portal in 6th room i cant go in the 1 room
*When* these games work, I actually do find them enjoyable. There's something sort of relaxing about taking random objects and slotting them into the exact right places. So personally I don't have a problem with the *concept* of GamesBold or Cool8Games. It's just that so MANY of them are unplayable because of a glitch or an element that is so well hidden that NO ONE can get it, and the game developers almost NEVER respond to user comments, which is frustrating!
