So many things to pick up. (:
Also, the game seems to be lagging quite a bit.
NOTE: Reducing quality to "low" helps slightly with the performance, but it is still sluggish to respond to inputs.
To get the two leaves in the tree, click slightly below the log "house" to get an alternate view. Then use the stone to knock down the two leaves.
(Sorry, I said "leaves" above, but I guess they are more like feathers.)
Left-side window of the log "house" can be opened for a puzzle piece.
Stick hiding in bushes left of where you get the large blue mushroom.
Sticks go in right view, far right tree.
Five (5) green leaves go into the water by the crane. They give you a 5# code.
Afterwards, use the fishing net in the same water to get a fish for the crane.
Zoom in on area above the 3# puzzle on the tree. Use the knife there to get another insect.
Place all five (5) insects to get the axe head. Combine with the "stick" for its handle. Then go to town on the tree stump in the cave. This gave me my last two feathers.
Use fish food in the middle scene lake. The fish that arrive will be in three groups. Count them for the 3# puzzle.
This is not my kind of game.
Oh boy... a slider/permutation puzzle. Clicking on a piece will rotate the ones around it, so you cannot click on the outer edge pieces.
The puzzle always starts in the same configuration, so you can zoom out and back in from your inventory for a reset.
The pieces are mostly in the correct corners, but for reference:
Top Left - Giraffe | Top Right - Cow
Bottom Left - Frog | Bottom Right - Duck
First puzzle gets you a golden egg for the cave. This gets you a second puzzle board for the other puzzle pieces. This one is a bit easier and gets you the key for the cat carrier.
Thanks for the game, MouseCity.
Although, please tell your artist to ease up a bit on the detail. The poor optimization of the graphics really made it a grind to work through. After all, this is just a fun little Flash game, not an grand painting for the Louvre. (:
ROFLMAO Seraku
grand painting for the Louvre, hahahahaha ☻
I just ♥ your writing style! ☺
re many things to pick up
it's a disguised 8G ☻
like the tune, never heard whistling in a game
no lagging for me
tab works btw for hotspots
red shape hidden in bushes right side in house scene
@Alpha, ah, I suppose it was an 8G. It gets confusing sometimes, as 8G has their own site but sometimes publishes games from other folks; and it would seem 8G made a game for MouseCity this time. In any event, it was a good game.
(To the admins/moderators of this site/forum: Would it be possible and practical to include more accurate authorship information for each game? I know the actual developer is not always easy discoverable, but in this case the game could have been listed as MouseCity/EightGames or something. Just a thought.)
@Alpha, your computer is probably a lot beefier. I'm forced to run on an older laptop, as my main gaming PC is out of commission. However, there are many other Flash games that run just fine on my computer, so this particular game is definitely pushing the limits of the rendering engine.
missing green feather...
Seraku
on the start screen there's a 8G logo bottom middle, that's why I know the game is developed by them (not only cuz of loads of stuff to pick up, typically 8G ☻)
POP

making more a mess at that PITA slider than the correct order...
heh... the first slider/permutation puzzle was a little tricky. The trick is trying to do minimal moves as the pieces are mostly in the right spot already. But like all puzzles of this kind, it is best to work one row and one column at a time. In that way, the puzzle becomes smaller, reducing the number of options to consider.
sorry MC, but I give up at that animal heads slider - it's even almost impossible to follow the VWT step by step... bummer :-(
(I don't like not to finish a game, but this slider was way over my skills - I don't like sliders in general...)
@Alpha, do I need to run a little instructional course on these types of slider puzzles? (:
I know the principle in theory, but applying is the prob, so if you have a good recipe for that, plz share ☻
Hmm... I've got a really good hand-me-down recipe for a German-style split pea soup with ham. But I'm not sure how that would help in this situation. In fact, it has only made me hungry thinking about it.

What's the 5 digit code? I can't put my leaves in the water because I've already used the net to get the fish. I guess order matters.

@siren I can't place the leaves either. Lagging and the direction arrows are transformed into images.

Just an awful, awful game.
I can't even get to Mouse City's homepage. I keep getting a message saying it doesn't exist.
