He has gone there for some shopping. He was carrying a briefcase full of important documents. While he was busy in checking the products he planned to buy someone took his briefcase. Still don't understand why "grape" was green. Green grapes? Green leaves on grapes? When I think of "grape," I think purple.

The mountain puzzle is a clue for sliders. The machine looking thing: push the buttons on the front

The keypad outside the door: Don't bother trying to find the code. There isn't any. Wait until you find the credit card.
