Stuck with 2 gears and lots of hints but nowhere to use them

I have the paper with the mark same as on the tree but don't know what to do with it

numbers on the path are used 1 scene to the right. the order is top to bottom, left to right. start with 51...

arrow and lines are used inside the "treehouse"
(I know, it is not on a tree but inside a tree :) )
