Hi, I'm pretty far along and stuck with an axe, sword, fetal pig, and 2 brains short. Be happy to help answer questions.
Big hint for the dials: they're all the same, just rotated. Mark one and then just note one symbol for the other three. Save you time writing stuff down.
I was doing good, but now I´m stuck missing 1 skull and 1 brain. Have a dead piggy and I don´t know where to find the place to use the formula x+y=(x+y)²=?
Don't over think the math from the clue. The top two numbers just need to add up to the square root of the bottom one.

Check ceiling of far left room.
I think sword is the stick? If so, Use it right side on the ground in formula scene .

You´ll find formula scene after opening the door right side where you put the eyes.

Found the spot for the pig! 1st room left of start, above the locked box on the wall. Gives last brain, gives last skull, gives exit key. out!
You are correct Lurker. The sword/stick, actually is a rope. lol

Napali, the first key is for the box on the left. That will lead you to a second key (don't remember how many steps). That's for the door in the eyeball room.
where do brains go and what is the paper used for?

Enter the door in eyes scene and go right. Use rope in that scene.

In scene where you use the rope. Take the 1st door in corridor, on your right.
Found it. Clicked on the hole under the chair where you place fingers.

There´s an eye in one of the left scenes. Where you use skulls. under the operation bed.

I have 4 eyes, 4 fingers a hand a skull an axe and two pieces of a picture but now stuck! can't figure out the first aid box or the coloured first aid boxes
Have you got the eye from ceiling in picture scene?
Enter the door left side of 4 boxes and you´ll fin the clue for them.

Where to use axe?
Hotspot on left wall of room where you place (yellow) brains - gives last heart.
Someone up above said the axe is used on the towel dispenser over the toilet.
Use axe on mirror in tub scene where you dip the paper .

It looks like a mirror to me. Not sure what it is.

Need 2 skulls, 1 brain, and hint for brooms.
Cross for first aid kit is on the floor below the brains.
turn on thr lights to see the clue for brooms on floor.
That gave last hand, which gave last brain, which gave a skull. One skull to go.

IIRC, the clue for the stars box was in starting room, on a chair in the middle of the room.

Needing one brain and one skull. Searched everywhere. done all puzzles etc. Nothing in inventory but empty red box. Think I might call it a day.

Color clue for hearts is above the toilet. Use the axe.
This one was lame. Base on a vision beyond normal. The comments seemed to be from another game so I suppose I missed at least a scene etc. No fun at all.

Ah - just found it in cupboard left of the start scene :-)
Hint for "brooms puzzle" (on floor when lights on in room after placing the 9 eyes) is misleading - numbers indicate # of clicks - not any of the 4 positions.

I liked the game, but having no hotspots for the axe and pic fetus was just annoying so they lose a star for that one.
