Out with 5 of those cans, could have been one more, so I'll go in again. It seems to be some kind of grease, you can use it on the door hinge (amongst others).

Yes, some have said it's a kind of signature of the developer. It doesn't have any effect, I didn't go there at all at my second try.

where is the grease?
Yes...Beethoven. It's one of the first songs my sister learned to play. She practiced it for hours - I remember each and every note! But I still love it!
The grease is the one "can" that is separate from the other 5. Highlight it and use on the white ball (zoomed in) and on the hinge on the door.
The bathroom wall drawing is usually nothing, but I recall in one or two earlier games it had an item or a clue. The eyes on a drawing pointed in a direction and you clicked there to get something.
There are 6 TOTAL cans. 5 of the numbered ones and the lubricating one. The other two slots are not filled. I was thinking that there was a 6th numbered one that I was missing.
